Mabon Besom Making Workshop

Mabon is a season of harvest, balance, gratitude, and transition. As we move from the light half of the year into the darker months, it is a beautiful time to reflect on what we are carrying with us and what we are ready to leave behind.

In this workshop, we will create our own besoms, traditional handmade brooms that have long held both practical and symbolic meaning. In witchcraft, besoms are often associated with cleansing, protection, and clearing away what no longer serves us.

But this isn't just about making a pretty broom.

I want you to make it yours.

I will teach you how to build your besom using broom corn and a natural wooden handle, but the really special part comes from what you choose to add to it.
