Moon & Moth Mercantile

Vendor Interest Form

Interested in joining us for a future event, market, pop-up, or workshop? We'd love to hear from you!

Moon & Moth Mercantile hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including makers markets, seasonal pop-ups, weekend events, Shop Small Saturday, and other special events. We also work with local makers, artists, readers, service providers, and instructors to bring unique experiences and workshops into the shop.

We're always looking to connect with talented local creatives whose work fits the magical, witchy, cottagecore, nerdy, curious, and unusual spirit of Moon & Moth.

This form allows us to learn more about you, your business, what you make or offer, and how you might like to work with us. Your information will be kept on file so that we can reach out when an upcoming event or opportunity seems like a good fit.

Opportunities may include:

• Makers markets and larger special events

• Pop-ups at Moon & Moth

• Seasonal and weekend events

• Shop Small Saturday and other retail events

• Teaching workshops or classes

• Tarot, divination, and other readings

• Demonstrations or unique hands-on experiences

• Other creative collaborations

Please note: Completing this form does not guarantee a vendor space, event invitation, workshop opportunity, or other collaboration. We have limited space and receive a large number of inquiries, so opportunities are offered based on the needs, theme, space, and availability of each event.

We are not currently accepting general applications for permanent in-store consignment. However, we are always happy to keep your information on file for future markets, pop-ups, events, workshops, and collaborations.

If you have already submitted this form, you do not need to submit it again for every event. Once you're in our system, we'll have your information available when a new opportunity comes up.

No payment is required to submit this form, and submitting an inquiry does not commit you to participating in any future event.

We can't wait to learn more about what you do!
