We are currently gathering vendor interest while we finalize this year's market layout, vendor space options, and pricing. Part of this form is designed to help us learn what our makers and service providers actually need so we can create options that work well for the event.

Haunted Makers Market will be held at The Battle Standard in East Windsor, CT, a unique tabletop gaming and hobby venue with an immersive, old-world atmosphere that makes it an especially fun setting for a spooky-season market. The space is home to tabletop gaming, miniatures, roleplaying games, and a community of gamers and fantasy lovers making it a natural fit for the magical, witchy, nerdy, and unusual vendors we love bringing together.

The market itself will take place in their large downstairs event space, giving us the opportunity to bring together more makers and create a truly immersive Haunted Makers Market experience.

Please note: The market will take place on the lower level of The Battle Standard and requires access to the downstairs event space. Please keep this in mind when considering your merchandise and setup. If you have accessibility needs or accommodations that would help you participate, please let us know below. We may have a few first floor spaces available as well. There is no elevator but help will be provided if needed.

Final vendor space options, pricing, setup information, and event guidelines will be provided before vendors are asked to officially commit or pay for their space.

IMPORTANT: The Haunted Makers Market will be held in The Battle Standard's downstairs event space. Vendors will need to transport their merchandise and setup to and from the lower level using stairs. Please confirm that you understand the event is located downstairs.
